Process Serving

Diakonos Legal Services serves any court papers with which you might need assistance, including subpoenas, summons, and pleadings. During the four allotted attempts, Mr. Brennan will make at least one attempt in the morning, evening, and on a Saturday, each within 72 hours of each other. For rush service, Mr. Brennan will attempt daily.


Once service is completed or the address has been verified as bad, we will send an affidavit stating all attempts, which will enable you to either pursue alternative service or to move forward with your case. Contact us today to receive a quote and turn-around time for service!

Using access to public records databases, Diakonos Legal Services can use any information you have on the subject to search for new addresses and possible contact information. Whether the new address is in our service area or elsewhere, you can rely on our network of colleagues to find a reliable process server to complete service.
